poor drainage faulty remote
the drainage in the shower was terrible! the water pooled around my feet. also, the tv remote didn't work properly. it took ages to change channels and the volume kept jumping up and down. the kids soft play area was closed too. it was really disappointing for my little one. i wish there had been a sign about that!!

lodge experience
spacious lodge useful facilities great shower friendly staff
the lodge was spacious. it featured all the facilities i needed. a great shower was a plus. i especially enjoyed the hot tub. it was definitely a must use. i found the restaurant food delicious and the delivery to my lodge quick. all staff i spoke with were very friendly. they were very helpful as well.
The path to the lodge had very large, impassable holes. They were full of water.

the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby walking trails, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. the proximity to the coastline offered fine views. many outdoor activities were easily accessible.

the location is near the beach. the resort has facilities for all ages. our lodge was suitable for two people.

dirty soft play unsafe playground
the location was acceptable. it was close to the beach.
the soft play area was not maintained. it was quite dirty. the pirate themed playground was missing several pieces and looked unsafe.

kitchen gadgets utensil selection tea bags unstaffed site dusty floor impassable path
the kitchen included all utensils and gadgets. i found a dishwasher and washing machine. tea bags of cornish tea and coffee were provided, too. there was a tv in the living area where i could connect to netflix.
i arrived at 3:50pm and no staff were on site. i phoned the main number, but the gentleman on the phone could not get hold of anyone. i found the floor was very dusty. the path to the lodge was sandy, dirty, and full of large holes.
